Software Engineer Intern - Secure Network Systems @ Viasat

  • Contributed to software that helps users manage their network encryptors, using Kotlin and the Spring Framework.
  • Worked to implement a feature requested by customers, which saves both users and the product support team time on a previously manual process.
  • Rewrote an existing internal tool used by product support and incorporated it into the user-facing software.
  • Wrote clean code and test cases to ensure quality and maintainability in a large codebase.
  • Worked with stakeholders to plan and get feedback on the feature being implemented.
